Who we are

Finish Line Engravers ("FLE", "we", "us") provides on-site medal engraving services at running events. This policy describes how we handle the information you provide when you register for medal engraving, and applies to our websites finishlineengravers.com and register.finishlineengravers.com and to the Finish Line Engravers text message program.

Information we collect

When you register at an event, you provide your name, your finish time, and your mobile phone number. That is all we collect — we do not use tracking cookies, advertising identifiers, or analytics profiles on the registration site.

How we use your information

Your name and finish time are used solely to engrave your medal and to operate the engraving queue. Your mobile phone number is used solely to send you a single text message containing your registration ID and a link to your personal QR code, which you present at the engraving station.

Text messaging and your consent

By entering your phone number and submitting the registration form, you consent to receive one transactional text message from us per registration. No recurring or promotional messages are sent. Message frequency: one message per registration. Msg & data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. For assistance, reply HELP or email info@finishlineengravers.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party.

Data retention

Registration records are kept only as long as needed to operate the event and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact below.
